Yes, a bradnew bike rental stations! It is well seen in Europa.
Moscow bike sharing system was launched on 1st June 2013 and now there are 30 bike stations with 300 rental bikes. The body of rental bike is painted in Red, the symbol color of Russia. ( In Russian language, red is the same word as beautiful. People love this color. ) I like the design, simple and beautiful. Also we see the logotype, "Bank of Moscow" which is the company supporting this system.
そう、ヨーロッパの街ではよくみかけるレンタルバイクステーションです。
6月はじめから稼動し、現在の所は市内30箇所のバイクステーションにて、300台の自転車が貸し出されているそうです。車体の色は、ロシアらしく「赤」。（赤は「美しい」と同義語になっているほど、昔から人々に愛されている色です。）シンプルで美しいです。運営支援している「Bank of Moscow」のロゴが白色でデザインされています。
I found it unique that the bike station is powered by solar system. Looks eco friendly! If it were in Japan, it wouldn't surprise me, but here Moscow it comes with big impact. To tell the truth, today Moscow is not Eco, more like Ego. (Sorry to say that..)
ユニークだと思ったのは、バイクステーション。ソーラーシステムで動くようになっていて、見た目もエコ！いまどき日本でエコデザインを見ても「へ～」と思うだけですが、ここモスクワでのインパクトは大きかったです。なぜならモスクワは、今エコよりもエゴが勝っている都市にみえるからです。（ロシアの方、すみません）
このシステムを計画＆導入したのはチェコの会社だそうで、入札に勝ち準備を始めたのはたったの5ヶ月前だそう！たった5ヶ月！！この国のスピードには、時に驚かされます。ソ連が崩壊した1991年より20数年、この間に日本の1960年～2010年までの50年ほどを一気に駆け抜けてきているように思います。高度成長～バブルを経て、ついにエコロジカルな近代都市に変わろうとしています。
さて実際システムが稼動してからの結果は・・・・大成功！だそうです。最初の10日間で11000回貸し出されたそうです。300台という台数から考えると、一日あたり1000回は上々な出だしですね。

However, I know more exciting city planning, called "Velopolitan" The government is considering to build air-conditioned tubes for only bicycles in Moscow. Wow, it should be funtastic, but now sounds just like a dream. Dream? No, this plan might come true in only a couple of years. I'm so excited about the future of this city.
疑問に思うのは冬、雪の上をどうするのか？これについて明確な方針はまだ見えません。
でもモスクワにはもっとすごい構想があるのです。その名も「ヴェロポリタン」市内に暖房完備の自転車専用チューブを作るのだとか！？今聞いても夢物語ですが、今のロシアのスピードならあっという間にできたりして・・。モスクワの今後の都市計画が楽しみです。

This bike sharing scheme is run by Czech company, won the tender and started working just five months ago....JUST FIVE MONTHS ago! I am really surprised how quickly this country is changing. Since Soviet union collopsed in 1991, it's been only 20years, but it experienced things like 50 years of my country. Russia experienced high growth of the economy, the bubble economy and finally change into the modern eco-city.
Well, how is the first results of this system? Very successful! 11000rentals for the first 10days. So, about 1000rentals per day.
